We have opportunities in place for districts to nominate our staff for outstanding customer service but felt we also needed a way for ESC employees to recognize each other. Each quarter will focus on one of our Four Dimensions.

The characteristics for this trait(RELIABILITY) are: Respects the time of self and others, respects and manages commitments, does their best work daily, and manages time effectively.

Kelsey Anderson - "Kelsey is committed to her classroom, and staff and is an advocate for inclusion. She demonstrates the core values of being reliable: present, efficient, dedicated, adaptable, and manages her time extremely well. Kelsey shows empathy and compassion while educating not only her students but their families. Her hard work and commitment to our students should be applauded. Thank you for loving our kids and being a trustworthy educator who values each individual as a precious child!"

Leanna Belcher - "I'm not sure if there's much more that can be said about how wonderful Leanna Belcher is that hasn't already been said- but here goes! Leanna is one of the most consistent and reliable co-workers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Despite having a year full of unexpected challenges, Leanna's team has benefited from her reliability as she maintained constant communication, always letting us know where she was with the multiple tasks she has to manage. She has stayed on top of incoming preschool students moving up from E.I., and kept us informed of any last minute changes. She plans ahead and maintains organization, which helps all of us do our jobs with more efficiency. The wonderful thing about Leanna is that she does all this with great care and compassion, which impacts her co-workers, our kids, and their families as well." and "Leanna does a great job keeping us all organized. She keeps student timelines in front of us and communicates changes in needs and schedules quickly and efficiently! Melissa Bowesock - "Melissa is someone you can always count on both in and out of the classroom. She is always there to lend a helping hand, whether it be helping with a student, giving you ideas, or making jokes to get through the day. I can always rely on her when I have a question or when I need advice."

Heather Burris - "Heather ensured the Central office trash was taken out while I was out of the office. She is always there when she is needed no matter the task."

Rachel Caldwell - "Rachel has been reliable in getting one of our students to class every day. We appreciate her for that."

Matt Carey - "Matt has taken students from Mac Central and the LIFE Transition classroom under his wing this year and has been mentoring students who are interested in learning custodial skills. He has made such a positive impact! Those students can count on Mr. Matt to provide guidance as he trains them in job-specific skills and life skills."

Melissa Clerico - "Melissa is a prime example of reliability. She is punctual, present, positive, efficient, flexible, and committed to providing the best education to the students at Adriel. During a challenging year with numerous changes, Melissa has continued to grow, ask important questions, and advocate for her classroom. She continuously strives to learn more, adapt to the complexities of our student population, and provide optimal care to the staff, students, and their families. Melissa strives to do her very best each and every day which is why she should be applauded for the valuable asset she is to our school. Thank you for all you do Melissa!!!"

Erin Converse - "Erin is always a person I can count on to help me out whenever I need it, both in class and as a friend. She's a team player who is always there to share quality work and ideas."

James Cutlip - "Our team has spent this year developing a plan to share our resources with the district next year and into the future. James did the "not fun" part of the work - the wordsmithing and finding the big ideas within the plans - all while doing his work for districts, which included supporting their Science of Reading plans. James, despite your workload and the lack of excitement in some of the work, you can be counted on to get the work done. Jerry Fetherolf - "Jerry is always willing to support anyone that needs it without any hesitation. He’s always there to listen if you just need someone to talk to and he’s always willing to lend a helping hand!"

Rachel Finch - "When I saw the trait for the fourth quarter was reliability, I immediately thought of Rachel. Rachel always makes herself available to problem solve and provides interventions to better understand the needs of students. She also communicates very well and has her assessment data prepared well in advance. When comparing data across various assessments, Rachel has offered to administer additional assessments to rule out specific concerns. She always goes above and beyond to provide her services to students and support throughout the RTI/MTSS process. Rachel is very dependable and is an amazing asset to our students and district!"

Jen Fisher - "She’s been reliable in helping our preschool get students off the bus when we were short-staffed. We appreciate that!"

Heather Foreman - "Heather is someone I can always turn to for help in any area of need. She puts together amazing activities/resources for students and will train anyone on how to implement the strategies to help their students. You can always count on her to be there when you need it."

Pam Gray - "Pam is a person you can always trust to give you encouragement and a laugh. She encourages us to take care of ourselves when we need it. She is also good at making you laugh during lunch or giving you some kind words after a long day. You can always depend on her to show up and get the job done."

Maribeth Gregg - "She shows up and does her work every day and we appreciate that!"

Molly Gribben - "Dependable doesn't even begin to describe how awesome Molly is. She is always willing to learn and is always trying her best to help out the students. She will help me out with whatever I need and always asks if there's anything else I need. Our team is lucky to have her!"

Megan Horn - "Megan reliably gets things done and steps in to help out when needed. She helps make my job easier and more enjoyable. She quickly jumps in to not only offer ideas but helps get things ready to go to help me out :)"

Elyzabeth Johnson - "Libby has done her best to get our preschool more help. She has been reliable in finding subs and not leaving us hanging most of the time."

Tisha Kauffman - "She is reliable to show up and get her work done each week! We appreciate her."

Melissa Klinghoffer - "I can count on Melissa to jump into any situation that arises. She can work with with any child in our classroom and she will go anywhere she is needed. She can always meet the emotional and educational needs of all of our students."

Cherie Knight - "She has been reliable in getting preschoolers off the bus when we are short-staffed. We appreciate that!" and "Cherie is one of the most reliable Teachers I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Cherie is always there to lend a hand when I am in a pinch. She is not afraid to get her hands dirty in more ways than one! She jumps in when things get hairy and tries her best to lessen the workload when we are struggling. Cherie has high expectations for her students and her staff. Cherie is a reliable source of support and she is appreciated."

Terri Locker - "She has been reliable in getting preschoolers off the bus when we were short-staffed. We appreciate that!"

Nicole McKenzie - "Nicole very graciously agreed to step in as the teacher in her classroom when her teacher had to be out on medical leave for 4 weeks at the end of this year. She is reliable and hard-working, and the students will do well thanks to her stepping in. We appreciate you, Nicole!"

Cheryl McLeod - "All three of these wonderful ladies are working together to cover Chelsea Moses's classroom while she is out on maternity leave. Each lady takes part in covering instruction each day and meeting the needs of a busy classroom. Their hard work is much appreciated!"

Molly Meadows - "Molly is such an asset to our classroom and I don't think I could have prepared for my maternity leave without her. She has gone above and beyond to help make sure our classroom runs smoothly and that she is there for all students. Nannette Mentzer - "Nan is always able to be relied on to help where she’s needed or share resources/help with students. She’s also a very reliable friend and coworker and I appreciate her for that. We couldn’t do this job without reliable friends."

Brittnay Miller - "Brittnay volunteered to step up and take over as the teacher sub in her classroom when her teacher had to leave on medical leave. She gives her best effort daily and can be counted upon to keep things running smoothly. Thank you for all you do, Brittnay!"

Chelsea Moses - "Chelsea shows reliability constantly leading the Exceptional Learners classroom. She shows up every day with a plan to lead the students to success not only in academics but in everyday life skills. Her reliability allows trust and peace to grow in our classroom not only for the students but for the paras as well. Even with the additional efforts she has to apply to her pregnancy and doctor's appointments, we can always count on her to have everything ready for us to lead when she cannot. Carolyn O'Neal - "Carolyn’s presence and strong work ethic are imperative to the smooth flow of our workday. She is available for anyone at any time and is always willing to help navigate staff through any issues that arise. Adena Partin - "Adena is always ready to step up and help anyone in the classroom. She supports the students in any way she can to assist them in helping them to complete their work and not getting overwhelmed. She also supports the staff and has helped to raise the morale in the classroom."

Kaitlynn Pence - "Kaitlynn is a great asset to the autism program. She is willing to do whatever it takes to keep our day running smoothly. Marlene Toops - "Marlene displays a level of reliability that not only helps our classroom thrive it makes all the difference for our staff and students. She knows how to be everywhere she is needed before she is even looked for. Her attention to detail looks effortless because she works so hard for our team. We are so lucky to have her."

Robyn Torres - "She has been reliable in letting students in the door in the morning and helping them to class. We appreciate that!"

Tracey Wilson - "I mean really, could we even do preschool without Tracey? We literally rely on her to enroll children, place them in a class, send paperwork for enrollment, call parents, find subs, you name it, she does it. We are GRATEFUL! <3"

Emilie Yoder - "Emilie "hit the ground running" and hasn't slowed down all year! Despite this being her first year out on her own as a School Psychologist, she has consistently demonstrated competency and compassion, along with the STAR quality of RELIABILITY. Emilie has been so very respectful of her team's time, making sure to give plenty of notice for upcoming evaluations & meetings. She checks in with others on a regular basis, which helps all of us keep to our commitments. Even during this- the busiest time of the year, she is able to "keep her cool," because she has reliably maintained organization and planned ahead. She is terrific to work with because her reliability makes all of our jobs a bit easier and less stressful. It is great to have her on our team in Mechanicsburg."
