We have opportunities in place for districts to nominate our staff for outstanding customer service but felt we also needed a way for ESC employees to recognize each other. Each quarter will focus on one of our Four Dimensions.

Leanna Belcher - "I'm not sure if there's much more that can be said about how wonderful Leanna Belcher is that hasn't already been said- but here goes! Leanna is one of the most consistent and reliable co-workers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Despite having a year full of unexpected challenges, Leanna's team has benefited from her reliability as she maintained constant communication, always letting us know where she was with the multiple tasks she has to manage. She has stayed on top of incoming preschool students moving up from E.I., and kept us informed of any last minute changes. She plans ahead and maintains organization, which helps all of us do our jobs with more efficiency. The wonderful thing about Leanna is that she does all this with great care and compassion, which impacts her co-workers, our kids, and their families as well." and "Leanna does a great job keeping us all organized. Melissa Bowesock - "Melissa is someone you can always count on both in and out of the classroom. She is always there to lend a helping hand, whether it be helping with a student, giving you ideas, or making jokes to get through the day. I can always rely on her when I have a question or when I need advice."
Heather Burris - "Heather ensured the Central office trash was taken out while I was out of the office. She is always there when she is needed no matter the task."
Rachel Caldwell - "Rachel has been reliable in getting one of our students to class every day. We appreciate her for that."
Matt Carey - "Matt has taken students from Mac Central and the LIFE Transition classroom under his wing this year and has been mentoring students who are interested in learning custodial skills. He has made such a positive impact! Those students can count on Mr. Matt to provide guidance as he trains them in job-specific skills and life skills."
Melissa Clerico - "Melissa is a prime example of reliability. She is punctual, present, positive, efficient, flexible, and committed to providing the best education to the students at Adriel. During a challenging year with numerous changes, Melissa has continued to grow, ask important questions, and advocate for her classroom. She continuously strives to learn more, adapt to the complexities of our student population, and provide optimal care to the staff, students, and their families. Melissa strives to do her very best each and every day which is why she should be applauded for the valuable asset she is to our school. Thank you for all you do Melissa!!!"

James Cutlip - "Our team has spent this year developing a plan to share our resources with the district next year and into the future. James did the "not fun" part of the work - the wordsmithing and finding the big ideas within the plans - all while doing his work for districts, which included supporting their Science of Reading plans. Rachel Finch - "When I saw the trait for the fourth quarter was reliability, I immediately thought of Rachel. Rachel always makes herself available to problem solve and provides interventions to better understand the needs of students. She also communicates very well and has her assessment data prepared well in advance. When comparing data across various assessments, Rachel has offered to administer additional assessments to rule out specific concerns. She always goes above and beyond to provide her services to students and support throughout the RTI/MTSS process. Rachel is very dependable and is an amazing asset to our students and district!"

Heather Foreman - "Heather is someone I can always turn to for help in any area of need. She puts together amazing activities/resources for students and will train anyone on how to implement the strategies to help their students. You can always count on her to be there when you need it."
Pam Gray - "Pam is a person you can always trust to give you encouragement and a laugh. She encourages us to take care of ourselves when we need it. She is also good at making you laugh during lunch or giving you some kind words after a long day. You can always depend on her to show up and get the job done."

Molly Gribben - "Dependable doesn't even begin to describe how awesome Molly is. She is always willing to learn and is always trying her best to help out the students. She will help me out with whatever I need and always asks if there's anything else I need. Our team is lucky to have her!"

Emilie Yoder - "Emilie "hit the ground running" and hasn't slowed down all year! Despite this being her first year out on her own as a School Psychologist, she has consistently demonstrated competency and compassion, along with the STAR quality of RELIABILITY. Emilie has been so very respectful of her team's time, making sure to give plenty of notice for upcoming evaluations & meetings. She checks in with others on a regular basis, which helps all of us keep to our commitments. Even during this- the busiest time of the year, she is able to "keep her cool," because she has reliably maintained organization and planned ahead. She is terrific to work with because her reliability makes all of our jobs a bit easier and less stressful. It is great to have her on our team in Mechanicsburg."
