Physical therapy interventions encompass facilitating gross motor development, remediating movement problems that impair function, using compensatory strategies to overcome movement difficulties, adapting equipment, and preventing further impairment.

There are so many reasons I love working for the ESC. All in all, I gues it’s the people I work with and the folks we serve who make it amazing. It’s a bleassing to be able to do something I love with a group of such dedicated, caring and hard working professionals.
As a recent grad 5 years ago, I had different clinical experience to help me decide on my future career. After my clinical rotation with ESC, I knew exactly where I wanted to work. My clinical instructor and all of the teachers that I worked with made me feel like part of the family. The transition from college to the workforce was seamless and very comforting. The ability to serve our local school districts and the teamwork displayed at the ESC is why I am thankful every day for where I work.
